Mother's Day Shrimp BBQ using Garlic Pepper Dry Rub
We're sharing one of our favorite easy grilled dishes for Mother's Day BBQ so you can build out your arsenal of Mother's Day BBQ ideas and impress mom with something truly tasty, yet wonderfully laid-back on her special day.
Garlic Grilled Shrimp is a perfect Mother’s Day lunch staple; it's protein based and can be accompanied by delicious vegetables! Serve as a main dish or even as a snack.
This shrimp marinade features our favorite dry rub! Our Garlic - Pepper Dry Rub is the perfect seasoning that creates a smokey and herb infused taste. Shrimp is so tender, marinating and cooking takes minutes so, it’s important not to over-marinate or overcook!
Pro tip: If the skewers you are using are made from wood then, you’ll want to soak them, so they don’t catch ablaze over the fire. Simply immerse the wooden skewers while the shrimp marinates.
Instructions:

Combine everything in a bowl and marinate shrimp, veggies, and your Lemon - Pepper Dry Rub for 20 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Thread the shrimp & your choice of vegetables on the skewers and grill 2 to 3 minutes each side.

Remove from skewers and place in a serving bowl.
Drizzle with garlic butter and a squirt of lemon juice!
